Userplay was born from a simple frustration: teams run playtests, collect notes, and still struggle to understand what actually happened. Analytics dashboards show numbers, but they don’t show the story.

We built playtesting tools from the ground up: lightweight, privacy-first, and designed to surface the player moments that matter most.

Today we’re building the complete playtesting platform: session capture, heatmaps, and structured insights that help teams build experiences players love.
